Pillars of Islam The pillars of Islam are five pillars; It was mentioned by the Messenger of God - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - in the prophetic hadith narrated by Abdullah bin Omar - may God be pleased with them - where he said: I heard the Messenger of God say: بُنِي الإسلامُ على خمسٍ: شَهادةِ أن لا إلهَ إلا اللهُ وأنَّ محمدًا رسولُ اللهِ ، وإقامِ الصلاةِ ، وإيتاءِ الزّكاةِ ، والحجِّ ، وصومِ رمضانَ (18 سورة آل عمران ، آية: ) (Islam is built on five: a testimony that there is no god but God and that Muhammad is the Messenger of God, the establishment of prayer, the payment of Zakat, the Hajj, and the fast of Ramadan) Faith How the two testimonies one says: (I bear witness that there is no god but God and I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of God), but the evidence for how to testify is taken from the words of God Almighty شَهِدَ اللَّهُ أَنَّهُ لا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ وَالْمَلائِكَةُ وَأُولُو الْعِلْمِ قَائِماً بِالْقِسْطِ لا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ (...
